PW Systems was founded in 1995 by Paul Wragg.

With a Master's degree in Computer Science, Paul has nearly 20 years' experience in developing and managing user-oriented computer systems for data management. Project sizes have ranged from small, single-user systems to large international projects for Fortune 50 companies.

Our developers bring extensive knowledge and expertise from a wide range of industries. Additionally, they provide added depth in the major target areas of database system design and implementation.

Our company proficiency and commitment is demonstrated by our status as Microsoft Certified Partners™. This valued certification is a testament to our team's expertise in Microsoft Windows® Implementation and Support, Microsoft SQL Server™ Database Implementation, Microsoft Access™ development and Visual-Basic development. We understand that making a decision to outsource the development of a key business system might raise a number of concerns. To help address these concerns we offer the following:

Confidentiality Agreements
Our client contracts include legally binding restrictions on our usage and/or dissemination of your company's data. We have template agreements available that meet most needs, or you may provide your own.

Code Ownership
Our client contracts also stipulate that you, the client, will have full access to all design documents and source-code. This means that you will always remain in ultimate control of the project

Flexible Billing Arrangements
If a project's scope can be well defined, we can submit a fixed quote for completion of the project. If, instead, you would rather proceed incrementally with the project, we can bill on a time-and-materials basis, submitting invoices either at project milestones or on a periodic basis.
